Dignity: Always remember and Never Forget

Today is Dignity Friday and tomorrow is 9/11. Twenty years ago, we lost over 3000 people during the attacks on 9/11/2001. Today I think about the brave first responders that ran into the Twin Towers in New York City knowing that might not make it out alive but still they ran in to save others. I think about those who died when the plane hit the Pentagon and the brave passengers on Flight 93 who save countless more lives because of their sacrifice. I also think about the families who lost loved ones.

Tomorrow I will be taking a moment to remember. A moment to honor the dignity of all those lost souls and their families.

I will always remember and I will Never Forget

My Name is Charles Redd and I am a Registered Nurse and I have been committed to Honoring and Elevating Dignity ever since I read to amazing book written by Dr. Donna Hicks called "Leading with Dignity: How to Create a Culture that Brings out the Best in People" It is an excellent book especially if you are looking to change the culture of your team. I based it on the 10 Essentials of Dignity created by Dr. Hicks. I have share personal stories of my dignity journey and I have received great feedback.
